Black Tap Vegas

Let me start by saying that Black Tap is more than a restaurant. It is an experience.  The atmosphere is lively, yet family-friendly.  Their menu is incredible. Service was friendly. The hardest decision that night was picking which burger and CrazyShake to order because I wanted to try each one.  The Greg Norman burger lived up to its award-winning reputation. It is a ½ pound Wagyu beef burger with house buttermilk-dill, blue cheese, and arugula. I did not imagine myself trying buttermilk-dill before that night and I am glad that I did.  The beef was cooked appropriately and well-seasoned. The combination of flavors was very satisfying.  Every shake was carefully crafted and overwhelmingly delicious.  It was very sweet as would any ice cream and candy combination be. Plan to spend some time removing and enjoying each layer.  Our family decided on Cotton Candy, The CakeShake, and Cookies and Cream Supreme. Cotton Candy is a strawberry shake in a glass with a vanilla frosted rim with blue, pink, and pearl chocolates. This masterpiece is topped with a lollipop and rock candy.  Finally, whipped cream and cotton candy topped it off.   The CakeShake is a cake batter flavored milkshake in a glass with a vanilla frosted rim and rainbow sprinkles topped with a slice of funfetti cake. WOW!  The Cookies and Cream, my personal favorite, is an oreo shake served in glass with a vanilla frosted rim and topped with crushed oreos and an full-size oreo ice cream sandwich. We were beyond full and happy. Bring your appetite! This is a great place to celebrate an occasion or a random Tuesday.
