Let’s face it. Right now, during a pandemic, many restaurants are either not open for dine-in or have limited capacity. Well, this did not hinder us from enjoying some great cuisine in the privacy of our residence during our recent stay in Vail, Colorado. Red Maple Catering provided excellent drop-off meals with instructions for heating. They also offer private chef services to come into your home or hotel to cook in your kitchen. The food was absolutely delicious. The lamb was tender and well-prepared. The food combinations were perfect. While in Vail, we also used a service called A La Car (www.orderfoodvail.com) to deliver food from local restaurants. The food was delivered hot and fresh each and every time. There was no need to reheat it. This was a great way to dine in comfort and safety while in Vail during a pandemic.
