Sweet Basil, tucked away in Vail Village, provided a nice dimly lit atmosphere in the evening. The staff were professional and friendly. The menu had a variety of selections which included seasonal and unique flavors. For instance, the lobster bisque was sweeter than any other bisque I had tasted at other restaurants. The warm pretzels served with honey mustard were a great substitution for the usual dinner rolls. The Colorado Braised Lamb was delicious and cooked to perfection.
