The CUT Las Vegas

The CUT at the Venetian in Las Vegas is the restaurant of culinary genius, Wolfgang Puck.  We dined in August 2020 and The CUT did not disappoint. Service was professional and the atmosphere exuded Las Vegas nightlife. This restaurant is only open for dinner. The menu offers a wide selection of land and sea. The selection of beef steak was quite broad.  My parents enjoyed the Porterhouse for 2 which was plenty. My daughter was pleased with a USDA Prime Cut Filet Mignon. I selected American Wagyu Filet Mignon topped with mushrooms. Each cut of beef was tender, juicy, and flavorful.  Sides were shareable.  The Cavatappi Pasta Mac & Cheese was loaded with many different cheeses and baked. The pasta was cooked to perfection.  The Mexican Street Corn Style Carmelized White Corn left me wanting more.  It was just that good. The dessert menu on the night we dined included a wide selection of gelato flavors and other delightful treats.  My special birthday dessert was a heavenly combination of peanut butter and chocolate which I could not stop eating! Finally, the old-fashioned selection was good.  A bar cart was brought to our table and our drinks were prepared before our eyes.  This definitely added to my experience.  Remember to make a reservation. The restaurant is small and intimate.  Due to current Covid-19 precautions, all Vegas restaurants are limited to seating parties of 6 or less.  Our party of 7 was divided into two groups of 4 and 3 with tables in close proximity.  Social distancing is implemented.  Face masks are enforced when not eating.
