Taking Care of your Mental Health

Hi! We are back from our recent vacation to Las Vegas. We had a wonderful time but I wanted to take a second to address the stress and exhaustion that some of you may be feeling during this difficult time. During a global pandemic, many individuals are experiencing an array of emotions.  Our lives and routines have been impacted significantly. In a time such as this, it is particularly important to take care of ourselves mentally. I encourage you to find your support system and ask for help when needed.  Express your thoughts and feelings through journaling and do not judge your thoughts. Take time to meditate and focus on the present moment. We cannot change the past or predict the future.  Exercise as tolerated. Finally, I challenge you to develop or resume a hobby that brings you joy. I believe that self-care is essential to living a full, happy life. Take care.
